day.
Different methods to cancel, just I had to call in my cancellation when I didn't receive an auto-respond message when I originally e-mail cancelled.
Once you enter the site the next page is a promo for non-asian sites with 3 banners and a link.
When you reach the landing page the layout is cramped with unnecessary extras.
I didn't take notes but after clicking onto a link I think you had you had to upgrade your membership to view the videos, or take advantage of the other extras.
Finally, after cancelling I was told by the CSR that I can access the for the rest of the period, but my user name and password wouldn't work.
Conclusion:
Good trial membership policy. Pops-ups out the yin-yang, and poor layout, with some misrepresentation.
