Bus Stop Tales is the best of the Ed Powers triumvirate, which includes the eponymous Ed Powers (review) and The Lucky Bastard (review). Ed is one of the pioneers of "reality video," if not its founding father, but that was when the VCR was new media (twenty five years ago, or thereabouts). In other words, Ed is past his prime in almost every respect: his looks, his sappy Dr. Doolittle style and ridiculous fantasy scenarios. He still even wears his socks in bed! The setup on Bus Stop Tales has Ed scenario picking random hoes off of So Cal bus stops in order to preform in xxx is executed without imagination or enthusiasm. We wish he could find a model to single out among these tired hookers who all appear to be going through the motions with the enthusiasm of a mechanic doing a lube job on a Plymouth (maybe it's Ed that is turning them off). The vids can be downloaded with just one mouse-click but the quality of these zipped format vids is just mediocre. There appears at first glance to be lots of material here but you find that most links in categories like "oral" contain only a couple of 20-minute segments from one or two of Ed's old DVD titles. Tasty extras from first-rate producers like Hustler take the sting away... a little. Still, there is a real trial, unlike Ed's other sites, and cancelling (you'll want to) is a pleasure thanks to the great folks at Paycom. The tariff for three days is cheap. If you must know what Ed is up to, just don't expect much J.O.M. unless your nostalgic for the 1980's or you get off on watching a senior citizen boffing lazy porn sluts.
