For the Girls is a porn site created by and for women (one of whom, Karen, is a veteran adult webmaster) who were frustrated by the male-dominated world of online erotica. For the Girls is their answer and, largely, they succeed, offering a healthy number of stories, galleries, guides, advice humor and lots of extras to appeal to the feminine libido.The heart of the site are the copious still galleries, featuring hundreds of hunks in cheesecake photo sets; there is also a healthy amateur section, featuring men photographed by their lovers. There is a tasteful and steamy selection of exclusive erotic fiction, professionally written, just for the girls. In addition, there is a syndicated feed with plentiful stories of the sort traditionally found in "Penthouse Forum" featuring younger men, lesbian encounters, one night stands, and other fantasies. There are a several dozen seemingly exclusive movies of hunky guys stripping and masturbating, as well as a dozen full-on fuck films, all featuring "kissing, massaging, licking and fucking" of the sort that turns women on (confirmed by Mrs. Rodney). The scenes downloaded quickly in one slug. In addition, there are tons of syndicated streams of the traditional male-oriented sort, with lots of nastiness and fetishes. The site editors saw fit to post a disclaimer on these, pretty much warning women off them, and for good reason.
Technically, For the Girls is quite easy to use. It offers a magazine format, with "features" and "new" material emphasized. We would like to see the erotic fiction better organized (like the feeds) and given the emphasis on stills, a much better player, with slide show capability is needed. The original no-scenario movies are of decent, but not good, quality. The production values (sound, lighting) are just not there, though they have a verity appeal. Obviously, these are real couples, not porn stars, performing, but this sort of thing is done much better elsewhere. We take off points for the link to Candida Royale ppv movies, since we already paid for the site.
Overall, Mrs. Rodney liked this site, and the erotica made her quite randy, which pleased this reviewer immensely. She also found the extras like the movie reviews, kama sutra, and sex positions guide interesting, though Sir Rodney has seen these syndicated features on many other sites. Nonetheless, For the Girls delivers what it promises and then some, and should improve with age.
