Movie Access is advertised as an alternative to standard pay-per-view porn, allowing unlimited usage for a flat monthly fee. In a nutshell, Movie Access is essentially a very large porn DVD library with good quality, streaming-only video packaged within a slick, easy-to-use website. Heavy users who don't care about downloading movies might find this concept intriguing. Note: the trial is very limited.The Movie Access library contains over 3,100 porn DVDs and over 110 studios are represented, although only a few are what we'd call top line in the adult industry. New DVDs are added at irregular intervals, but the average seems to be 20 or 30 new ones each month. The movies mostly consist of fairly mainstream hardcore porn, although you will find some tranny and gay movies and even a few interracial lesbian orgies mixed in.
Movie Access is well organized and navigation is easy. Movies can be listed by studio, star, popularity, and porn genre (anal, mature, etc). We found the ability to create our own favorites list a great way to mark DVDs for later "study" when sifting through the thousands here. The search function still needs a little work, but the effort is appreciated nonetheless. Once you've located a DVD, one click is all that's required to play it in its entirety. Videos can only be viewed using Windows Media Player 10.
In conclusion, Movie Access has some good attributes, but to get a strong recommendation from Sir Rodney, the steep monthly price needs to come down and/or downloading needs to be allowed--doing both would be ideal. It's not hard to find other sites containing large adult DVD libraries that offer both downloading and lower monthly membership fees.
