When I called customer service they informed me it was my fault but as a courtesy they would refund the charges I never authorized. 2007-07-09 00:00:00The videos are fine when they work. After three weeks of membership, I lost a week because my login was "hacked." The 24 hour customer service line, when I called them, told me that they closed at 10, and my three emails were never answered. All in all, I lost a week of membership there. For two days, the large videos were "temporarily unavailable" for download, and I'm not into having three or more files for each movie. Now my login is blocked again, and of course, the 24 hour customer service is closed again. This will definitely NOT be a renewal. -
