Although the site is put together well and has a solid base, it doesn't deliver on a few key points. First of all, updates only occur approximately once per month and there is only an archive of 16 videos at the time of this review. Sir Rodney values quality over quantity, but 16 updates just aren't enough to keep us busy for a full month.
There are two things to consider with quality: screen resolution and image clarity is one aspect but yielding to the theme and staying on point is another important consideration as well. Although the content quality is excellent and the videos are available in many formats, the themes are a little bit lacking. Sure, each scene is set in a gym but the girls aren't always fit. Some are petite but others look like they don't go to the gym often, if at all. We really expected girls that were extremely fit and perhaps some with even a little bit of muscle. That's not the case here so don't go in thinking it is.
A membership to The Real Workout also gets you into six other bonus sites. Some of these sites include great content and much more frequent updates. The Real Workout may not be worth the price alone, but combine that with the rest of the sites and they may have something to offer you. Check it out.
