2010-03-13 17:39:28I joined, downloaded one movie (took forever) and then it would not play. I gave it 5 minutes of trying to "acquire usage rights" and gave up on it. I demanded my money back; they told me to call the billing company. After an unpleasant phone call, I did get my card credited. SirRodney - Can you include in your reviews whether sites use a third-party billing service or handle billing themselves? This would be most helpful.
